Cannot imagine doing Hardanger embroidery without these!
Yes, they are expensive. But well-cared-for, will last a lifetime. They get into those bitty tight spaces and cut threads closely and cleanly like magic. I love them.

The bible of international vegetarian cooking!
1 of 1 found this helpful Love this book enough to give my almost-pristine-condition copy to a vegetarian cousin, and order this used one for my own use. The book edges are a bit dinged, but it's otherwise in great shape. The content is wonderful: highly recommend for vegetarians with adventurous palaates.
