Surprisingly helpful.
I bought this product as part of continuing care for my hair. Age and medication were causing it to thin and l didn't think l could do anything about it. However this was recommended by a friend of a friend and l tried it on that basis. To my surprise l have noticed considerable regrowth as l have been taking the supplements over a period of four months. I didn't expect much to happen but have been pleasantly surprised to the contrary and will continue to take them to maintain the improvement. I would recommend this product.
