  Item arrived in recyclable bag. Item was partially out of the bag. Seller responded she Could save with the recyclable bag and cut the shipping cost. I paid full price for this item. There was a section where I could pay less but paid full price. Also I feel I paid too much for the shipping. I truly hope that your experience is better than mine

  I have already addressed this with this buyer, but I will explain again, she paid $27.08 for this Chico's lightweight silk kimono. I charged her and she paid $4.00 for shipping which I was able to offer using a recycled envelope. I recycle so my grandkids will have a world without a million more landfills. As for it being wrinkled, no doubt it was so I suggested she hang it in the bathroom while she showers and let the steam unwrinkled it. All that being said still left me unkind feed back.
