Great board, no IO Shield
Board works perfectly I'm very impressed with my purchase, only gripe is no io shield but that's not a deal breaker for me.

Works fine for what i needed it for.
This chip does not overclock so don't try. For productivity it works great, if you can get or already have an x79 motherboard for cheap this is a great buy for a small server. If you want a gaming chip I recommend the e5-1650 instead of this because that is overclockable.

Performs excellently
2 of 2 found this helpful Put this in an Asus x79 mobo, overclocked to 4.12 ghz which isn't bad, scores 1122 on cinebench overclocked. plays all games and multitasks like a boss.
