Good for those who order powdered herbs.
I use these gel capsules for baking soda ingestion... keeps my body ph in an alkaline state. Eliminates having to endure the bitter taste associated with baking soda when consumed in liquid form.

Quantity is adequate for making my own health formulas. Jury still out on the product's quality, though.
