A fine amalgamation.
3 of 3 found this helpful This set of DVDs covers the full breadth of introductory to intermediate yoga & Pilates. Great slow paced initial phases; while the more advanced DVDs accelerate, prompting the practicer to gain liberty and self-guidance.
As a novice practitioner, I will definitely recommend this Yoga/Pilates bundle for begginer practice, and as a guide & inspiration into more developed personal practice.
Thank you for a fine platform into basic yoga/pilates; and the inspiration to grow a more personalized, disciplined practice.
This instruction has laid the ground work for a continuing mindfull practice.

Great Satchel! Good quality. Strong leather.
