Great Pricing.
This belt in my opinion is better than the belts sold at big box home improvement retailers. It appears to be Kevlar reinforced. The price is half or less than it is at any of the retailers. It came a day later than what I was given to expect. But that is minor concern. Especially when you are saving between $20 to $25 for the same item. It was worth waiting 3 or 4 days as opposed to going to a brick and mortar retailer.

Filing made easy.
I have been using these types of bits for about 20 years. I fond this set when I was just looking at some basic products. They are extremely helpful when you need to enlarge a hole. or make an indentation in a hole. Similar to a keyway. I like this set because of the different sizes. I actually bought 2 of these sets. One for myself one for my son.

Small investment saves major repair costs.
I have always had one similar to these hooked up to my sump pump and on the floor by my furnace condensation pump. Recently my condensation pump quit working, The sound of the alarm alerted me. My furnace is located in my finished basement. It saved me a lot of potential damage. I purchased these to install at my daughter's and mother's homes. They are loud enough to warn you.
