His package fell apart in shipment loosing 4 pounds of lead. I am not responsible for the post office tossing boxes around. Gave him simple directions on how to file a claim. Guess cussing me out is more important then getting his paid for product replaced. I tried to help. but guess he does not want the help. Or he complained and filed any way. I have been in business almost 40 years. do not think his business will be missed. Not with that attitude. Be ware!!
