  Package arrived on time and have had good communication throughout the process. Despite being well packaged, one of the cups shattered. It was the chipped one so I'm not put out about it as I was going to replace that anyway. Put in a claim w/USPS, but found out it was an 'all or nothing' reimbursement. Since the rest of the set is in better condition than described, have decided to keep the set.

  Artwork arrived with glass shattered into a million pieces, which ruined the artwork itself. Unsalvageable and a nightmare to deal with. It was packaged in a wildly inexperienced way, no fault of usps. Seller didn’t apologize once and I had to message a few times to receive the refund. Sad to leave neutral feedback, but buyers beware if buying something fragile. :(
