Awesome product

This item was for my wife's new Moto G 3rd Gen phone. I sent the seller an email explaining how the phone's buttons were not in the same place as the case and it was causing the speaker level to mute. As you can see from the listing I ordered the wrong one. I let them know it was my fault and they didn't need to do anything. I was going to give them 5 stars any way because the case was nice and was shipped fast and free! This was the response I received from them: Thank you for your consideration! It would please us greatly if you would let us send you a complimentary case - we do carry the Moto G 3rd generation cases, and we would like to send you one, if that would be all right with you. I received the correct case (FREE) and my wife is very pleased with how nice and functional this case is! I highly recommend this company and it's products. They really want you to be satisfied with their products. This is the first review I have ever done online. I felt it was neccessary because this was truly an unexpected response since I was the dummy and they really care about the customer!
