What did you expect /
As an early '60's Italian Flick it's OK as an oddity to fill out your Viking Collection-just don't try to actually watch it. Print is over-exposed, under directed and as for acting-well, let's just say it doesn't translate well. I may not be fair here-I could only stand to watch about 10 minutes-and I usually try to tough it out, no matter how lame-but this one...sorry, can't recommend.

A Big Badass Spear !
The Cold Steel MAA Wing Spear is a Wicked Weapon indeed! It's over 7 feet long and two feet of that is the Spearhead. Though the weight is manageable, this is not a Spear meant for throwing and I wouldn't actually use it any Battle re-enactment-it's potentially way too deadly. The Spearhead is very sharp and could be used as a small Sword if left unattached from the shaft, which is made from a strong, nicely finished wood-almost too pretty. It doesn't come with a Cover for Spearhead, which I would definitely recommend for Safety's sake, but a Large Dagger's Sheath might Accommodate it-or do a little Leather Work. It is pretty Awesome for what it is-but it is definitely NOT a Toy!

Neither the Best nor the Worst
Viking the Berserkers is a well made film-no major stars and the budget doesn't really figure into it since it's basically filmed outside-but it holds one's attention. I don't agree with "Den of Geek's" cover blurb about being "All Action" and "Gore Soaked"-It's neither, although there is action and bloodshed in this unrated offering. Basically it's a pursuit film with drug crazed Vikings hunting young Saxons for a Ritual Sacrifice-until the Saxon's decide to fight back. All performances are acceptable and the action scenes are engaging enough with a good sense of realism pervading and professional quality-filmmaking apparent throughout. For a low budget production, it's a very decent movie and definitely watchable.
