Parts quality is pretty good, especially considering the price. Needs much tuning and set up work.

While the parts re of acceptable quality this thing was basically thrown together. All sliding parts were either set up too tight or full of slop. Expect to take it apart and put some love into reassembly, but if you do it is quite serviceable.
