Fantastic, well priced bit of kit - works in UK
2 of 2 found this helpful A certain amount of determination and nous is needed to fit it to an English toilet. It is fairly short and so can reasonably be fitted to a normal shaped toilet bowl, but check the dimensions carefully. Mine overhangs very slightly, but it's not a problem. The plastic bolts were slightly too thick for the holes in my toilet bowl, but I simply reamed the holes out with a tile-drilling bit. The seat requires a flat area behind the bowl to sit on, and mine curves up towards the cistern, meaning I had to sit the device partially on plastic spacers held in position with silicone. I had a plumber fit the water supply and was very glad I did, he needed to use additional extension flexi hoses to reach the water supply, which did not have the same arrangement as shown in the manual. The connectors to the device are UK-standard, however, so there wasn't a big issue. It accepts UK voltage no problem, draws around 5 amps (I use a 5 amp fuse, but it may draw more than this in theory, so I've got a spare on hand). I was able to translate the manual (enough to fit and use the device) using google translate's camera function on my phone. The device works very well and the price is incredible.
