Cheap, cheerful and comfortable
If Velcro had always existed and somebody invented laces, they would not catch on.
I bought two pairs of these to wear when recovering from a broken Achilles tendon. They were just the job and as a bones they seemed not to need cleaning apart from an occasional wipe with a damp cloth.
Now I am recovered and can walk normally I am sticking with these.

Best I've Ever Owned

Faced with the need to turn off the stop cock our builder went home and returned with his stop cock key, Long, just the right shape to do the job I made an instant decision. "I shall have one of those one day - whatever it takes". And now I have one all of my own. I have named it Gerald. My life is complete.

Life changing
I have always wanted an F Plug to Coax my Female Socket Adapter into serious action and now I have four of them. My cup runneth over. Deep joy.
