Much better than expected
1 of 1 found this helpful I have torn tendons in my ankle which should be surgically repaired. While playing golf my ankles are unstable, especially on side hill shots and in uneven ground. I bought this brace since it was inexpensive (in case it didn't work) and had food reviews. Since receiving the brace and playing golf, I can't believe how much difference it makes. It is light weight and there is no problems putting my shoes on over it. It is so good, that I even use it in everyday activities. I am 6'1" 300, so if it works on me, it should work on anybody. I am buying another one for my golf bag, so I can leave this one at home. I will say that you need to make sure it is on straight, or the side pieces can dig into your ankle. I don't normally write reviews, but this one was worth doing/
