Weak Construction Design
1 of 1 found this helpful I Replaced this coupler while rebuilding an old washer. Five wash loads later the connector on the motor side cracked in half, failed. I had saved the original coupler part and reused it to replace this new part. The previous design of the coupler is a solid round connector and this new one is a thin triangle shape. The failure is at the motor shaft input hole it stress cracked off one ear of the connector. This is my experience and my opinion is to look for the solid round design, not this one.
