Pinched wires.
The motor itself is good quality. However, the ground wire (green and black) and the "hot" wire were pinched, resulting in metal wire protruding from their protective sheaths. I was able to repair them, so it wasn't a huge deal. A "new" product should not have this type of damage.

Garbage.
The blades are useless. Even being rated as “light” use, three of these blades were completely broken in 1/2 hour of use. These blades were simply used for light back-and-forth cutting of soft wood and small shrub roots. Save your money, buy better blades!
