I received this about 2 weeks ago and had used it twice and now the High setting does not work. I really liked the way these heated rollers worked on my long hair and was quite impressed. Today i was not able to get them heated to the high setting and was only able to heat to the Low and found that it didn't curl my hair as well and curls did not stay at all. Very disappointed that this product croaked on me so quickly. It is easy to use and when it does function, it's great. Now i just have spent good money on a mediocre set of heated rollers.
