222 Bunch O Instant Self Sealing Water Balloons

End up with 1/2 the balloon working

These appear to fill similar to the bunch a balloons brand of instant fill water balloon. However they just don’t quite work as they should. They fill up then once they are off the filling piece about 1/2 of the balloons leak through the little rubber bands on the end. We tried filling many times and once filled many ballooon leaked water until they were tiny. So in the end you end up with 1/2 the balloons you expected and the other half is just small balloons with little/no water.
