NOS parts but appear to be shelf worn. Cleaned up like new.

If you need this tool spend a little more money and get a good one. The better tool is still less expensive than replacing broken rings.
Poorly made from inferior materials. Even though this tool may not be used often it should not bend out of shape if dropped. Cannot see end of ring as ends are configured. Made new ends that contact rings and work better than original tool.

Very Disappointed
This tool looks like it should do the job but the ears deformed and sheared off straight away. I re-machined the ears with closer tolerances to properly fit the seal holder but the ears still sheared off. The tool is poorly designed & poorly built from inferior materials. Being UK made doesn't mean it isn't crap!
