Weird modern fountain pen.
Like all Pelikan pens, it writes well. The multiple valves and dedicated filling bottle are so different that it deserves more attention. It holds a lot of ink. It is very reliable and makes sense for long note taking sessions.

Perfect fit
These easily replaced the dried up hard old seals in our 65 Corvair.

Innovative and beautiful!
This is a neat twist on the venerable Parker 51. It is a demonstrator and a piston filler. A more serviceable filling mechanism than the old aerometric and vac filler designs. It works well and holds a lot of ink. The nib is fairly smooth and a touch on the dry side, but it does write well and reliably. This version in blue with chrome trim is just gorgeous! The fit and finish is very good as is the quality of materials. If it were a touch wetter writing it would be perfect.
