Fine product
Does what it's supposed to do

Office use only, low earpiece volume for car
It's great for professional calls. I needed it for that driving. But you can't hear your caller while on the road. I tried all work-arounds to amplify. Company says there are none; & i found none. Keeping it for office use. Still looking for high-quality headset for the professional who does serious business in the car.

Great product! Still wish for wired option
This bluetooth is really good. My belief is the output on the wired model (discontinued for modernity) was broadcast quality. I hope the etyBLU2 is tough enough to last a couple years. Best all-around headset for phone calls by miles & miles...
