  Item was poorly packed. No packing material was used at all, just a smaller box inside of a bigger box so the pedal was free to be knocked around during transit. But, it did get here and it does work so I guess it's a positive experience.

  My apologies, the pedal seemed very secure in its original box to me, but I appreciate the feedback, I should have put a bit of bubble wrap inside. This is such a great pedal, it led me to buy a Friedman amp or two. Hope you are enjoying!!
