    Seller cancelled order due to product being "damaged" and refunded my payment. This was perfectly fine. HOWEVER, since I really only wanted a small portion of this set of cookware, I was still interested in the damaged product as the portion I wanted might not be damaged. I have attempted to communicate with seller saying I am still interested in the damaged set. Unfortunately, 4 messages over the course of a week have gone unanswered. This is frustrating. Why not reply?
