awesome resource for new moms!
Nice video. It is short but very clear as to the level of safe exercises. As a Pilates instructor I would recommend it to new moms. The difficulty is easy and the pace is very slow.

Paris Trip of your dreams
For a Paris trip it's a great collection of places to visit. Some places have reasonable which is expected of tourist locations. Great guide to get to know Paris like the locals. Although some are ridiculously expensive.

Valuable resource for Pilates instructors and new moms!
This bk is very detailed and takes a person thru first second and third trimester. Takes care in explaining reasons and contraindications. It has full color niqu and steps to perfect technique. As a Pilates instructor it's a great resource.
