Rare Fisher Price Tickle Me Elmo TMX Top Secret 2006 Sesame Street New Open Box

Works intermittently

Received without instructions. Removed the corroded batteries that were in place and cleaned up as much corrosion as I could. Elmo worked, then wouldn't work, then sometimes works. He will not go through the complete routine. Specifically, he will not stand up after being on his back. You can here the device inside trying to activate to a standing position, but it does not.
