Best sound bar for the price
4 of 4 found this helpful The main reason to buy a sound bar, besides getting better sound than what built-in speakers produce, is to get CENTER CHANNEL reproduction! Almost every source of content is now delivered in 5.1 sound, even sporting events. Without a center channel, you often can't hear dialog very well, so you turn up the volume, only to be blasted by the music and sound effects. Very few sound bars offer center channel (listed as 3.0, 3.1, or 5.1), so you may get better sound, but it won't solve the low dialog problem. This Visio 5.1 sound bar does exactly that at a very affordable price. This is an excellent product!
