Just what you see in the picture
The stem of this mixer was not the same as what I was replacing. It was longer, thicker, and was not grooved. The original handle did not fit on it. But it was easy to put a universal knob on it. The mixer worked fine. I'm assuming the mixer cartridge is used by several different manufacturers that have different requirements. I probably should have noticed this from the picture, but I didn't. My surprise was not the fault of the seller. But if you buy this, be ready to improvise with a different handle or knob.

Too little for too much
Too little product for the money. The product is good, but this is a very small jar.

Good product. Works as claimed. A few dollars for taxes instead of $70 for land line.
