Once I was home to finally open the product I discovered the damage reached out to the seller have not heard back at all. This is a terrible experience I should have just bought brand new with hardware included and not had to go through all this, do not recommend buying from this seller

Material quality
The first time I used this hose the hose pulled right out of the vacuum end. I caulked it and then tried to use it again the next day and still pulled out. The hose itself seems to be of good quality but the end connections are questionable.
