Already coming apart

I've had this intake in for about two weeks. Yesterday, my check engine light came on. I checked the code and it was the MAF. After popping the hood, I noticed that the filter had come apart from the rubber coupling that holds it on the piping. I guess I'll be spending more money on a replacement filter. Should have known better
