Nice press for a beginner

I bought the press with a 4" mold, it works very good for a batch of cheese from a gallon of milk, cheese from two gallons of milk doesn't work very well since it fills it all the way to the top and cannot put the pressure spring on. The follower plate tends to not stay straight and will end up with lopsided cheese if you don't measure it while pressing, but that's no big deal either. I would recommend it.
