  Great product. This seller is the best, trustworthy and delivered beyond excellent customer service. My parcel was delivered to the wrong address and I notified seller. They helped with tracking my parcel with evidence of delivery. Correct address on the parcel but wrong letter box. The seller offered to resend me a replacement or refund for a fault of the post.   Easy to deal with and prompt service / postage thankyou. 👍🏻 Would appreciate some fitting instructions, had to find online videos for assistance and didn't use a few components in the package after realising they came with the luggage rack but weren't required. Would've been helpful to know prior to installing to put my mind at ease knowing I've used the correct parts for my particular bike.

  Great product, awesome ebayer, good value quick postage and communication. Would be good to know that you need the boot from your old one because it doesn’t come with it . But that’s my problem.
