I disputed the delivery because the item was not where it was in the picture. The item was moved and was locked in the site managers office. I had to ask them for it. Also this seller did a bait and switch. They did not send the same item that they were selling on ebay. They sold me an eyeliner that can still be purchased at your local Target. I wanted the vintage eyeliner that is no longer available in stores. Beware of this seller. They sell things they Don't have.

I thought because this was a Philips nam...

I thought because this was a Philips name brand trimmer that it would be smooth like my retired Philips trimmer but it's not. It does not have smooth shaving abilities. It's rough on the skin and hairs get caught in it pulling which can hurt. I decided to keep it since it's too much of a pain to return it.
