  He received my board 6/12. Got it back 12 days later, which I though a bit long. It has the exact same problem as I described to him in detail when I sent it. I even sent him video proof. After back-and-forth messages with no solution, he replied I have to ship my board back to him for refund. For what? It's MY board and he couldn't fix. So he can have a free board? Scam. I already bought a new one anyway. Fine, but I have to pay shipping again and he gets a free board.

  That is incorrect. As the policy states on EVERY SINGLE one of our listings, ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS MUST BE SHIPPED BACK for evaluation. If you claim the board does not work, we have to confirm that for ourselves. Your liftmaster has MANY other components besides the board. We do not want your board to keep. We never said we would keep it. If we were keeping/stealing boards, we would have hundreds of reviews saying so. In regards to ship time. Youre in California and we are in NJ. 12days is fast!!

  This service exceeded my expectations. They were able to repair a board that was deemed by others as "unrepairable". After confirming that I would be sending the board they pre-ordered the components needed to expedite the repair. Once returned, the board tested out perfectly by a Miller authorized repair center. Not only was the board repaired and returned quickly, it was done over a holiday (Some thing I did not expect). They remained super communicative and helpful, highly recommended.
