Classic and classy Motown!
This is awesome, I've had the LP for years, now I have it on CD!👍

Who says "we" can't relive our childhood!?
When I was quite young, I had a number of these songs on 78 rpm (yes, my age is showing!) Now, as I am older and simply cannot stomach what I hear on the radio or internet, I decided impulsively to buy this cd. I was NOT disappointed! Most of these songs I remember, even the ones I had previously forgot. And Jimmy, he could croon a sweet tune for a child. I really like the sound of his voice when he was a youngster, so I just loved this CD. So many GOOD memories! And the sound was really good considering the source of the tracks. If you are an old codger liker myself, especially if you have grandchildren, I urge you to buy this compilation!
As a companion CD, there is also "Jimmy Boyd & His Playmates" which has a few extra tracks that do not appear on this CD.
Oh, and THANK YOU Jimmy, and R.I.P. old friend
