Seems like a good supplement.
doesn't seem too bad.
seems to give me enough stamina etc. for when working out.
I've had others that seem to work a little better, but for the price and as long as you take it as recommended, this should do.

Good, but not Great..
1 of 1 found this helpful Well, I actually bought the CD for MIssissippi Queen and this live version - SUCKS !! The studio version is better. I have no idea what the band was thinking when they performed this...and why they and management chose to release it on CD! There are a couple other songs that his voice is not great or they changed certain things around that just don't have the magic the studio versions or other versions have.
However, since there are songs that are refreshingly new to me from these guys and the overall guitar sound and soloing. I liked that part. Hearing the other band member sing a song was a little refreshing since Leslie West seems to either have smoked too many cigarettes or has a sore throat...
I'm going to download an MP3 studio version of Mississippi Queen..
