Phone replacement
This is the same model phone that I had used for 3 years. It was well designed and rugged. It even survived being run over by the front wheel of my Toyota pickup. However after several months, it began having troubles. So I tried another new model which was too flimsy for my liking. Then is when I decided to find another Motoroal V551. After having trouble with the new replacement, I contacted the seller. Not long after returning this phone, he sent me a new one which has worked well.
