great value-price ratio
If you've got an older PC config with LGA1155 sockets (3rd gen intel i3,i5,i7) this might be a good upgrade for you. It's cheap and has the same stats as 3rd gen i5 processors.
As it's Xeon processor you can be sure it wasn't ever overclocked.

it isn't even close to 20000 mAh
pros:
- it works
- easy to use
- you can use it as a flashlight
cons:
- it is more like 3-4000 mAh, nowhere close to 20000 mAh
- it doesn't have any descriptions
- I'm not sure if it's safe for your smartphone to use this
