Karaoke USA GF830 DVD/CDG Karaoke Player with Bluetooth & SD Slot

So-So

I bought this for my kids for Christmas. When the microphones are plugged in, there is a buzzing sound which is very annoying. It's clear this is a very cheap machine. Do I need a $1K system? Absolutely not. However, it's been used about 10 minutes so far and today is Jan 5th. The CDs that came with the unit should not be a part of it. They are such OLD songs from way back when (and I am 48 and I consider them to be music that my 90 year old parents would have listened to when they were young!). The unit sounds horrible in Bluetooth mode, and now have a USB with my kids favorite songs on it, yet they cannot see the words come across the screen, because it just doesn't function this way. Only with those horrible CDs that came with it. Do I expect this to end up in a back corner of our basement collecting dust very soon? YES. Sorry, not worth the investment if you ask my opinion.
