Jorge Cruise' book is very specific with details packed full of great information with understanding. Excellent book. Recipes with weekly menus are easy to follow and not costly!

Keto on with Kristie.

Recipes are great easy to follow. Black n White....our eyes are so drawn to COLOR it's an adjustment. Can cross reference by going online to the recipe and seeing it in color. Kristie's time and energy and tapings help as well in these great changes towards better health and selections. I like having the cookbook for more hands on. Thank you.
