Poor quality. Disappointing!
1 of 1 found this helpful This box spring was very poor quality. It was apparently supposed to be brand new and only opened once to inspect that all the pieces were included and of good quality. This definitely was not the case. All the peices were there, but many pieces were missing end caps. Assembly was painful! The metal pieces were supposed to line up and fit together and many of them were bent and mangled. I had to use pry bars, wrenches, and a vice to bend the pieces back to a shape that would allow me to assemble them. And even then, it took a ton of force to get the box spring assembled. I would have just requested a return, but it was near impossible to get some of the pieces together and I didn't want to have to deal with trying to take them apart to send back. Even the cover came with holes in it. This was definitely a poorly used and mistreated box spring. Would not recommend!
