turns out we did not require it - the card we have has no issue, the means of getting it to work again is a bit of a unique method, where you have to unplug everything including the monitor, and then install just the display port monitor and power up everything and then it recognizes the monitor..we thought it was a bad card and turns out it was just an odd means of getting it to operate... any chance we can return your card for refund and you can sell it again to someone who genuinely needs it ? kind regards,
