Was going for the constipation relief not the weight loss
1 of 1 found this helpful The product works well but be careful with it. I've been constipated for well over a year and tried everything but with no luck. I took this constipend and it immediately worked but now I rely on it to move things along.
If you need a cleanse or something then take it a couple of times. Hope this helps someone.
