  Excellent Seller. Promptly contacted me after the sale to arrange shipping. The item arrived in less than one week, shipped via freight. The item was Very Well packaged and strapped down to a pallet. There were 2X4s screwed to the pallet with holes drilled into the 2X4s for the feet of the steam kettle to recess into. The item was strapped down and wrapped with plastic.
