Poor communication, ignoring my messaages, declined return when they advertise returns. This is the second order for the same item, this time was a gift! Only disappointment I had it wasn’t in a nice bag and puffed out like mine was. Contacted seller explained it was a gift and it didn’t look good just vacuum packed. Seller just informed me all their quilts come vacuum packed now. I guess to save on postage. So if you’re buying for yourself fine, but if it’s a gift it just didn’t look nice to give! My first order came in a lovely bag with carry handles, so it looked lovely.
