  The item was packaged very poorly and the stems of the both earrings were all bent and crooked. Description did not mention that Maybe they got damaged in shipping but the earrings were in an envelope not a box so they were not properly secured.

  Unable to resolve as buyer never reached out to me or eBay. I contacted several times and offered to send a return label with pictures of earrings bent. Please always contact eBay or seller if you are not happy with an item. Communication is key. Negative reviews are very detrimental to a seller. Especially a good quality designed earring.
