Rebirthing in the New Age

Amazed me

I admit that I was a bit reluctant to read this book, although I was curious as well. And, I confess that I had an attitude it might be "airy-fairy new-agey" to the point that I'd find it well nigh unreadable. But, it was recommended by someone whose judgement I trust so I bought a copy and started to read... Granted, I have a lot of accumulated informational background as a doctor of metaphysics, so all my years of reading on a wide variety of spiritual and religious subject matter may have given me a "leg-up" towards understanding the book's information, but frankly, this book amazed me. Since reading this book, I have taken to doing Conscious Connected Breathing daily and working with the breathing and a purchased Rebirthing track (on my ipod) a couple of times a week. So far, I have discovered deep things about myself and my very early life that have surprised me. And having uncovered these issues, (both of "positive" and "negative" nature,) has been life altering for me. I would heartily recommend this book to anyone interested in learning more about themselves and the uncovering hidden personal issues that lead to healing.

These hairbands are somewhere between an elastic hairband and a scrunchie in size, rather like dainty scrunchies. They're very nicem well made and certainly well worth the cost for a wide variety of colors.
