Bilingual Youth Bible - A Truly Refreshing Edition
1 of 1 found this helpful The first thing you will notice with this edition is the cover. The bright colors are appealing and the hardcover is sensible.
The content compares well to other Parallel Bibles I have seen except, it is in Spanish and English. The two languages are presented in parallel columns on the same page, verse by verse. The colorful character pages are information packed and add interest to this delightful Bible. The bonus with this edition is that it uses the very well respected New King James Version (NKJV). The size of this Bible is ideal.
The color maps are a delightful surprise. Each map is presented twice. Once in Spanish and once in English.
I am confident that many young people will enjoy this bilingual Bible and that they will be happy to own a copy. It truly is a very refreshing edition.

Adventure of Tom Sawyer by Mark Twain Review

This story is so well written that you feel as if you are one of the characters in the adventures. Great book for a parent to read along with a young reader. The book is an example of a well written story. Oh to have friends who make life such an adventure without needing to use high tech gadgets.

An Excellent Prayer Resource - A Good "How To" Book
1 of 1 found this helpful The presentation and layout are awesome. The author has managed to convey so much information including relevant scriptures throughout the 216 pages of this book. Elizabeth Alves is obviously no novice to an active prayer life. Her book is an instruction manual for developing an amazing prayer life while she shares her experiences of how God answered her own prayers. A must for your prayer library.
