More effective than the reflux head.
Bought this to replace the reflux head on my T500 boiler. Works well and is SO much easier than micro-managing the temps on the reflux head. I only have one complaint and that is the gasket can be finicky when putting it on the boiler. It doesn't fit snugly enough to stay in place without some fiddling. But it's a nit. This is a good product at a good price and does it's job extremely well.
