Working good a year later.
Bought this spider shaft about a year ago to replace on my LG front loader. The shaft on the old one was pitted and it allowed detergent water to get past the seal (don't forget to order the seal) and dissolve the grease on the tub bearing. This is somewhat of a difficult job and if your not mechanically inclined I wouldn't recommend trying it.
If the tub bearing goes bad on your washer and you change the bearing and seal, make sure the shaft on the spider is not pitted or the bearing will go bad again within a few months because of water leakage past the seal. I know because this is what happened to me. You don't want to have to change the bearing twice, like I did, its a pain in the a**.
The washer has been working great for about a year now since I changed it (its about 14 years old now).

Nut doesn't fit Craftsman roto tool.
Bought this so I could use larger diameter bits on my Sears Craftsman brand Rotozip tool. As someone else mentioned in the reviews, the collets fit the Craftsman tool and work fine, but the threaded nut doesn't fit the Sears brand tool, you have to use the original nut. If you just need the collets for your Sears tool you'll be all set, but if you need the nut don't buy this kit. The collets work great though. Using the tool with a metal cutoff wheel now.
